Mani Day: Simple Plaid

07 March, 2015

Fast and easy would be the perfect description for a nail art like this. I've been loving bare nails lately but still adding a little something to them, more like doing my nails and leaving blank spaces. I feel like this gives them a chance to breathe without colored nail polish and just a top coat. This simple plaid nail art is super easy and I think looks really pretty.

I think there can be a lot of variations to this design, specially using different color pairings. Adding a light nail polish as a base would make it perfect for a more subtle design. Imagine all pastel tones, I think I'll have to try that.

Do you like leaving bare spaces on your mani?
